Returns & Cancellation

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Racquets that have the plastic wrap removed from the handle and/or any tennis ball fuzz on the strings are no longer considered new and are ineligible for a full refund. Sales are final on the purchase of used racquets, including used demos. We do not accept any used Padel racquet returns.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.
Order Cancellation Request

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@just4tennis.com or through WhatsApp at +966571989999.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it immediately.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it before initiating a return. Once you have received the order, you may submit your return request through the aforementioned channels. We will send the shipping label to the registered email address, and a representative from the shipping company will arrange a pickup at a mutually convenient time.
Refunds
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, the refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method or credit card within 3-10 business days.
  • If the order has already been shipped, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days of the package arriving back at our warehouse.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-10 amount business days.
Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within Saudi Arabia these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid Aramex return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 3-7 business days for the return package to arrive back at JUST4Tennis Warehouse

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Cases of balls do not qualify for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For questions regarding your return please email support@just4tennis.com .

Instructions for Domestic Returns
  1. Once you receive the return shipping label, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
  2. Attach the enclosed Aramex return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
  3. A representative from Aramex will contact you to collect the package, or you can drop it off at the nearest Aramex branch. Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days once it arrives back at JUST4Tennis Warehouse.
Instructions for International Returns
  1. Once you receive the return shipping label, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
  2. Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by JUST4Tennis will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Warranties & Defective Items

If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact JUST4Tennis immediately to arrange for a replacement or credit.

For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer’s defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
