How can I place an order over the website?

It’s easy! Once you have added an item(s) to your shopping cart, your application form has been completed and then clicking the submit button, your order will become in proceed. You will receive an email to update the status of your order. And then you can follow it through the tracking department. Therefore, if the order has passed 24 hours and no payment has been done or feedback from the client, it will be canceled to release the reserved goods.

What payment methods are available?

Payment methods are currently limited to :

• Direct payment via credit cards (Visa or Master Card).
• Bank transfer.
• Cash on delivery (it will be added SR 38 on the shipping cost).
