This new model has an underfoot cushioning comprised entirely of Zoom Air, which moves air around small bags to create a lively and comfortably responsive midsole. The curved design allows players to use their natural momentum to flow forward and explode off the toe of the shoe to chase down that one extra ball by creating a smooth heel-to-toe transition, like a rocking motion. The mesh upper provides the supplely flexible feel players have come to expect from performance shoes, while the bootie design holds players’ feet secure for a glove-like fit. All-in-all, this is a shoe that successfully re-shapes what people expect a tennis shoe to look like, but will exceed what players think a tennis shoe can play like.
