How can I place an order over the website ?
It’s easy! Once you have added an item(s) to your shopping cart, your application form has been completed and then clicking the submit button, your order will become in proceed. You will receive an email to update the status of your order. And then you can follow it through the tracking department. Therefore, if the order has passed 24 hours and no payment has been done or feedback from the client, it will be canceled to release the reserved goods.
What payment methods are available ?
Payment methods are currently limited to :
- Direct payment via credit cards (Visa or Master Card).
- Bank transfer.
on delivery (it will be added SR 38 on the shipping cost).
What currency is used on the site ?
Saudi Arabia Riyal, US dollar are approved.
Can I cancel my order ? And how ?
Yes, you can. You can send a request via the support email: email@example.com, and then your order will be canceled immediately.
should I do after applying ?
- In case of payment via credit card : There is no subsequent action.
- In case of payment via bank transfer : Please send a copy of the transfer statement to support email : firstname.lastname@example.org.
After applying you will receive an e-mail to update you on your order status. In case of using Hotmail, please check your junk mailbox.
